Job Opening : project manager, New Delhi

Created in 1987, Enterprise Rhône Alpes International (ERAI – www.erai.org) is the trade organization for the French state of Rhône Alpes. It is charged with the economic development for this region abroad with 9 offices in Europe, USA and Asia to support French companies in their international operations.

Job profile
Development of economic activity in India for companies from the Rhone Alps region in collaboration with the director of the office and the respective client.
1. Market Research and organization of exploratory trips. • Sectorial research • Creation of a database of potential prospects • Meet, evaluate and select pertinent commercial partners • Organization of business meetings between the French client and the potential Indian partners • Author feasibility reports and market studies • Follow-up with the partners • Consultancy regarding import duties, tax, regulations and logistic etc…
2. Management of specific projects • Development of a partner, joint ventures and venture stakes in Indian companies. • Participate in promotion missions and related events • Organization and welcoming of political, educational and technical delegations.

Position
Start: June 2008 Full time job, based in Delhi Indian work contract
Salary : dependent upon the candidate profile
Profile of Applicant: Engineering background with business skills. Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of French will be a bonus. Should be perseverant, enthusiastic and display strong involvement and commitment in the projects.
